Submit a request

Use the form below or email [email protected] from an address we can contact. Include your CowTalk ID or associated email if available. For Apple private-relay accounts, include the CowTalk ID or relay address if known; losing access to the relay does not prevent submitting a request. We may ask for proportionate alternative proof before making changes. Never provide a password, OTP, private key or recovery phrase.

What happens next

We manually handle deletion requests within 24 hours and contact you if verification or clarification is needed. Submitting this form only creates a request: it does not instantly delete an account or move assets. The private receipt code shows whether the request is received, being verified, processing, awaiting information or completed. Only an authorized reviewer can confirm completion after the required actions.

Data removed and exceptions

Verified deletion covers associated account/profile, authentication/session and notification data, contact/group relationships and messages/media under our control within the request's scope. Local copies on your devices must be removed separately. Other people's independent copies and immutable blockchain data cannot be removed by us.

Backups are cleared within 90 days. Limited fraud/security and transaction records genuinely needed for legitimate purposes are restricted and retained for up to 90 days, unless a specific legal preservation duty requires another period, which we explain where permitted. Protect your wallet first

Account deletion is not a wallet transfer, withdrawal or on-chain cancellation. Securely back up your recovery information and manage pending orders or funds before removing local wallet data. Support will never ask you to transfer funds to verify deletion. Membership and order disputes can be raised separately; they do not justify retaining unrelated account data indefinitely.
