Send only what is needed
Include an account or content reference and a short explanation. We never need your recovery phrase, private key, account password, full card details or email verification code. Do not submit suspected illegal child-abuse images or videos. A transaction hash or public wallet address may be useful for a wallet issue, but sharing it can link you to public blockchain activity.
Request status and appeals
After submission, keep your private receipt code and use the status form on this page. A received request is not proof that deletion or moderation action is complete. If more information is needed, we contact the email you supplied. You can appeal a moderation decision using the Appeal topic and original reference. Only the public response and status are visible with a receipt code; internal review notes are not disclosed.
Submit a request
Do not include passwords, verification codes, private keys, seed phrases or unlawful images. For child safety reports, provide identifiers and a factual description, not copies of abusive material.
